Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Kittanning, Ford City, West Kittanning, Rural Valley, Worthington, Dayton, West Hills, Manorville, Ford Cliff, Applewold, Lenape Heights, Timblin, Templeton, Distant and Mahoning Creek Lake.
State Route 356 between Headland Road and Hinchberger Road has reported water over the runway with additional reports of ongoing flooding northeast of Kittanning.
