* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways (4.9 to 5.1 feet Mean Lower Low Water) around the evening high tide periods.

* WHERE...Nantucket MA County.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 2 AM EDT Tuesday. The evening high tide periods tonight, Sunday night and Monday night are of the greatest concern.

* IMPACTS...Roads remain passable. Low lying areas and roads near Nantucket Harbor, including Easy Street, may experience pockets of shallow flooding less than one foot deep.
