* WHAT...Debris and ash flows, rock slides, especially near burn scars. Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Central and Northeast Washington, including the following counties, in Central Washington, Grant. In Northeast Washington, Stevens.
* WHEN...From 1 AM PDT Sunday through Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in debris and ash flows over burn scars in steep terrain. Rock slides will be possible. Minor flooding in urban areas where there is poor drainage. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow moving storm system will bring persistent bands of rain through Central Washington. Rain intensities will vary from light to moderate. Rainfall amounts will range between 0.50 and 1.50 inches. - This includes but is not limited to the following burn scars: Modrite, Hudspeth, Autumn Lane, Mitre Rock, and in Grant County, Garred Road and Railroad. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
