* IMPACTS...Localized beach erosion may occur. In Hooper Bay, water may approach beach property and access to the airstrip may be threatened.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas north of Hooper Bay are expected to see lower water levels around 2 to 4 feet above the normal high tide line. A low in the Western Bering Sea will send a front moving east in the coast, resulting in south to southeast winds ramping up Thursday morning through Friday, before diminishing through Saturday. Sea levels will remain elevated through Friday before gradually subsiding Friday night into Saturday.
