* Until 1100 AM CDT.
* At 808 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen during the past hour over locations that have received very heavy rainfall since yesterday. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 3 hours. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
