.Additional heavy rainfall Wednesday night has resulted in renewed minor river flooding around Lafayette...both on the Wildcat Creek and Wabash River at Lafayette. Flooding should end on the Wildcat Creek by early Friday...and on the Wabash at Lafayette on Saturday.

* WHERE...Wildcat Creek near Lafayette.

* WHEN...From early this morning to tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Flooding of lowland areas in progress in portions of Tippecanoe County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.6 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 2:45 AM EDT Thursday was 10.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.5 feet this morning.
