* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...The following county, in south central Ohio, Scioto.

* WHEN...Until 1245 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1027 PM EDT, storms have moved out of the area, however additional storms will move into the region. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... South Webster and Lyra.
