* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of western Maryland, including the following areas, Central and Eastern Allegany, Eastern Garrett and Extreme Western Allegany, western Virginia, including the following areas, Augusta and Rockingham, and eastern West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Grant, Eastern Mineral, Eastern Pendleton, Hampshire, Hardy and Western Mineral.
* WHEN...From 2 PM EDT this afternoon through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall are possible this afternoon and evening, some of which may occur over areas which recently experienced flooding rains. Slow storm motions and repeat thunderstorm activity will occur within a tropical air mass.
