* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and northeast Mississippi, including the following counties, in central Mississippi, Choctaw. In east central Mississippi, Noxubee and Winston. In north central Mississippi, Webster. In northeast Mississippi, Clay, Lowndes and Oktibbeha.

* WHEN...Through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
