* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southeastern San Bernardino County in southern California...
* WHEN...Until 715 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 214 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate rain, with minor flooding already occurring in the advisory area. Between 0.25 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Twentynine Palms, Yucca Valley, Twentynine Palms Base, Twentynine Palms Airport, Amboy, Joshua Tree Lake Campground, Joshua Tree and Morongo Valley. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
