* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 4 AM AKDT early this morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 4 AM early this morning to 4 PM AKDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
