* WHERE...Grand Portage to Grand Marais MN.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon to 10 PM CDT this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 4 PM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
