Details

Through 830 PM, pockets of stronger thunderstorms will continue to wax and wane across the nearshore waters adjacent to the Florida Keys, particularly near the Middle Keys. This also includes the portions of the Florida Straits to the south of the Middle and Upper Keys. Marine Hazards associated with the ongoing activity include gusty and erratic winds near 30 knots, blinding downpours, and continuous lightning strikes. Most of this activity has been nearly stationary due to colliding outflow boundaries, but may eventually drift northward at near 5 knots.
