* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical Storm Saudel (17W) is expected to continue to strengthen as it moves away from eastern Chuuk State over the next few days. Strong winds and gale-force gusts will continue to create conditions hazardous to small craft through Friday afternoon.
