* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast New York, including the following counties, eastern Orange, Putnam, Rockland and northern Westchester.

* WHEN...Until 515 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 214 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain capable of causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 1/2 and 1 inch of rain has fallen in spots. - Some locations that could experience flooding include...
