At 555 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated around 2 to 5 inches of rain have fallen across most of the warned area within the last couple hours. Excess runoff from the heavy rain will lead to flash flooding. The Harford County 911 Center reported around a foot of flowing water in Joppatowne around Joppa Farm Road and Barksdale Road. Additional rainfall amounts up to one inch are expected within the next hour.
