* IMPACTS...At 31.0 feet, Flooding spreads across the wide flood plain upstream and downstream. No structures are threatened. Livestock and farm equipment will need to removed from the floodplain. At 39.0 feet, Water is well into the floodplain. No impacts to roads or structures. Cattle and farm equipment should have been removed from the floodplain or face the threat of being cut off or lost.
