* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1002 PM EDT, emergency officials reported flooding ongoing across portions of the North Charleston area. Some homes and buildings remain flooded with particular concern in the neighborhoods near New Ryder Road. While no additional flooding is expected to occur overnight, it will likely take a good portion of the night for flood waters to recede. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... North Charleston, Summerville, Goose Creek, Hanahan, I-26/I-526 Interchange, Naval Weapons Station Charleston, Ladson, Daniel Island, Charleston Airport and Magnolia Gardens. - This includes the following highways...
