* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 9 to 13 ft. For the Gale Warning, southeast winds 30 to 35 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 16 to 21 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 17 to 22 ft expected.

* WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather out to 15 NM and Cape Fairweather to Icy Cape out to 15 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 7 AM AKDT this morning. For the Gale Warning, from 7 AM this morning to 1 PM AKDT this afternoon. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM this afternoon to 6 PM AKDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
