* At 702 PM PDT, a dust channel was over Spokane, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...One mile visibility or less with strong wind in excess of 30 mph.

IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

* This includes the following highways... Interstate 90 in Washington between mile markers 253 and 299. Interstate 90 in Idaho between mile markers 0 and 23. U.S. Highway 95 in Idaho between mile markers 407 and 438. U.S. Highway 195 in Washington between mile markers 68 and 95. U.S. Highway 395 in Washington between mile markers 165 and 183.

Locations impacted include... Spokane, Spokane Valley, Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Cheney, Rathdrum, Dalton Gardens, Liberty Lake, Airway Heights, Medical Lake, Nine Mile Falls, Deer Park, Millwood, Hauser, Hayden Lake, Otis Orchards-East Farms, Fairwood, Fairchild AFB, and Otis Orchards.
