* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 439 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 11 nm northwest of The Vicinity Of Belhaven to 10 nm southwest of Blounts Bay, moving east at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include... The Vicinity Of Slades Creek, The Vicinity Of Belhaven, Crabtree Bay, Bath, Blounts Bay, The Vicinity Of Bath Creek, Mid Point Of South Creek, and The Vicinity Of Pamlico Beach.
