* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following counties, Belmont, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas, southwest Pennsylvania, including the following county, Greene, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia, including the following counties, Marshall and Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The combination of saturated grounds and heavy rain potential from slow moving thunderstorms creates a higher risk for flash flooding, especially in poor drainage, low lying areas, or areas that experienced flooding within the previous three days. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
