* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Navajo County in north central Arizona... Apache County in northeastern Arizona...
* WHEN...Until 1000 PM MST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in creeks and normally dry washes is imminent or occurring. Dangerous flooding over low-water crossings. Ponding of water on interstates, highways and in urban areas will create hazardous travel conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 837 PM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated additional moderate to heavy rain moving back into the area, expected to continue through around 10 PM. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain fell earlier this evening, with up to an additional half inch expected. - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Gooseberry Creek, Sepulveda Creek, Pulcifer Creek, Dodson Wash, Porter Creek, Hog Wash, Rocky Arroyo, Show Low Creek, Silver Creek, Linden Draw, Corduroy Creek, Walnut Creek, Brown Creek, Thompson Creek and Billy Creek. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Show Low, Pinetop-Lakeside, Lake of the Woods, Linden, Wagon Wheel, McNary, Rainbow Lake, Show Low Regional Airport, Show Low Lake, Porter Mountain Outlook, Woodland Reservoir, Pintail Lake, Telephone Lake, Ned Lake, Fool Hollow Lake, White Mountain Lake Estates and Pinetop Country Club. - This includes the following highways... State Route 260 between mile markers 331 and 356. Highway 60 between mile markers 338 and 353. State Route 61 near mile marker 353. State Route 77 between mile markers 343 and 349.
