* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Rio Chama above Abiquiu.
* WHEN...Until Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding impacts are expected along and near the banks of the Rio Chama.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:00 PM MST Monday the stage was 11.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.2 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 5:00 PM MST Monday was 11.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.6 feet late this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.8 feet on 05/09/2009. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
