* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds to 30 kt. For the Tropical Storm Watch, east winds to 40 kt and seas 6 to 11 feet.
* WHERE...Maalaea Bay and Pailolo Channel.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM HST Friday. For the Tropical Storm Watch, beginning at 6 AM HST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
