* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, east winds to 25 kt and seas 7 to 10 feet. For the Tropical Storm Watch, east winds 25 to 35 kt and seas 9 to 14 feet.
* WHERE...Kaiwi Channel, Maui County Windward Waters and Maui County Leeward Waters.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM HST Friday. For the Tropical Storm Watch, beginning at 6 AM HST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
