* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Guam, Rota, Saipan and Tinian.

* WHEN...Through late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Intense showers and thunderstorms from Super Typhoon Bavi continue across the Marianas. Satellite-based estimates indicate rainfall amounts between 12 and 20 inches possible during passage of STY Bavi, especially near the center of the system, moving near or over Rota in the next hour or so. These profoundly intense showers and thunderstorms are likely to produce flash flooding across the Marianas through Tuesday night. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
