At 435 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Sikes, or 10 miles east of Jackson, moving southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Decoy, Buck, Hardshell, Noble, Elmrock, Dice, Rowdy, Ary, Talcum, and Vest.
THIS INCLUDES Kentucky Highway 80 in Knott County between mile markers 1 and 2, and between mile markers 14 and 15.
