* WHEN...Until 5 AM ChST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The last pulse of the monsoon is expected to continue to bring fresh to strong westerlies to Yap through midnight tonight, producing sea conditions hazardous to small craft. Conditions are expected to improve thereafter, allowing winds and seas to fall below criteria level late tonight.
