* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows, including on the Swift Creek and Walnut Creek, are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 356 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicate heavy rain has fallen due to thunderstorms. While the storms have now dissipated, the heavy rain that did fall is still causing some urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but minimal additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
