* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 5.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 5.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 10.9 feet this afternoon.
