* At 245 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 7 NM northeast of Bulls Bay to 22 NM southeast of Cape Romain Reef, moving northeast at 10 knots.
Locations impacted include... Cape Romain Reef, Hector Reef, Jimmy Leland Tug and Bulls Bay.
