* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neosho River near Commerce.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, low lying areas around Miami become cut off from easy access. Riverview Park experiences moderate flooding. State Highway 125 near the fairgrounds will be threatened.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 18.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.9 feet just after midnight tonight.
