* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Kansas, including the following counties, in south central Kansas, Butler, Cowley, Sedgwick and Sumner. In southeast Kansas, Chautauqua, Elk, Greenwood, Wilson and Woodson.
* WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding and streams continue to rise.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1202 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain fell overnight. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Derby, Winfield, Mulvane, Neodesha, Fredonia, Douglass, Belle Plaine, Yates Center, Oxford, Udall, Howard, Burden, Altoona, Moline, Longton, Toronto, Severy, Buffalo, Grenola and Atlanta.
