* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 536 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Carrabelle, Eastpoint, St George Island, Apalachicola, Franklin, Sopchoppy, Morgan Place, Yent Place, Owens Bridge, Carrabelle Beach, Lanark Village, Poplar Camp, Sanborn, High Bluff, Royal Bluff, East Camp, Mcintyre and Curtis Mill. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
