Details

* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northeastern El Paso County in Texas.
* WHEN...Until 515 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings and roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 320 PM MDT, Slow moving thunderstorms over Hueco Tanks have produced 0.50 to 0.75 inches of rain in under an hour. This will cause arroyos to flow in the area, and low water crossings may become inundated. - If thunderstorms persist, especially upstream of the major low water crossings entering the park, the advisory may need to be upgraded to a Flash Flood Warning. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
