* WHERE...The island of Hawaii in Hawaii County...

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 457 PM HST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain and isolated thunderstorms over portions of the Hamakua, South Kohala, and North Kona Districts of the Big Island. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Rain was falling at a rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Waikoloa Village, Honokaa, Kamuela, Waipio Valley, Kukuihaele, Puako, Puuanahulu, Paauilo, Ookala and Laupahoehoe.
