* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay from Little Creek VA to Cape Henry VA including the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM EDT Wednesday. For the Gale Watch, from late Tuesday night through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
