* WHERE...Portions of central and south central Michigan, including the following counties, in central Michigan, Gratiot. In south central Michigan, Clinton and Ionia.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
