* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following counties, Cass IN, Fulton IN, Pulaski and White.

* WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 318 AM EDT, emergency management reported minor flooding is ongoing. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
