At 610 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 miles south of McLeansville to near Greensboro, moving south at 15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include... Greensboro, McLeansville, Pleasant Garden, and Forest Oaks.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 85 near Mile Marker 35, and between Mile Markers 121 and 131. Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 132 and 135, and between Mile Markers 218 and 226. Interstate 73 between Mile Markers 95 and 96.
