At 1257 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a line of showers associated with a land breeze over the central basin of Lake Erie, capable of producing isolated brief waterspouts. These showers were located along a line extending from 9 nm northwest of Put-In-Bay to near Fairport Harbor, moving east at 10 knots.
