* WHERE...A portion of east central Colorado, including the following area, Southeast Elbert and Southern Lincoln Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM MDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Strong thunderstorms with heavy rainfall will be possible in the Watch area this afternoon and evening. Rainfall rates may reach 1 to 2 inches in 30 minutes, with storm totals up to 4 inches possible.
