* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 609 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Newark, Heath, Granville, Buckeye Lake, Hebron, Hanover, Marne, Harbor Hills, Thornport, Granville South, Gratiot, Interstate 70 at State Route 13, Brownsville and Toboso.
