* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Low-lying woodlands and farmland along the river flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 5.1 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage tomorrow evening to 28.3 feet early Thursday morning.
