* Until 1130 PM EDT.

* At 939 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in Mousie. Between 2.5 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for NORTHERN KNOTT COUNTY. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!
