* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1224 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated the heaviest rainfall had ended, but steady rain continues over the area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain fell with earlier storms, with the heaviest rain falling near a La Salle to Ransom line. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
