* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 9 to 11 feet.
* WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters.
* WHEN...Until 5 AM ChST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Moderate to fresh westerlies are expected to prevail across the Marianas for at least a few more days as another resurgence in the monsoon builds. Combined seas of 9 to 11 feet are expected to grow another foot by early next week, remaining hazardous to small craft through at least the first half of next week.
