* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 905 AM EDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in the advisory area. Reports have been received of water over roadways across southern Lansing. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
