At 605 PM EDT, the heavy rain has ended, but between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Minor flooding impacts will continue for a very short time, but the Flash Flood Warning for area around Red Lion is expected to be allowed to expire at 645 PM EDT.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Red Lion, Spry, Dallastown, Windsor and Yoe.
